Ingredients½ cup Hanes Hummus4 large eggs2-3 tablespoons tahini (optional)3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion3 tablespoons finely chopped chives1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions1. Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and turn the heat off. Let the eggs cook, covered, for 8 to 9 minutes, depending on your desired done-ness. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and chill for 10 minutes.2. Peel and chop the eggs, and place in a bowl. Instructions1. Assemble all your ingredients. Slice cucumber and apples.2. Arrange your mini pitas on a plate or cutting board. Smear a generous amount of Hanes Hummus – 2 TBs for a mini pita, or much more than that for a large pita bread.3. Top with cucumber, apples, and microgreens, in that order.4. Serve and enjoy!

Creamy Hanes Hummus Pasta

Ingredients1 cup Hanes Hummus8 ounces linguine1 teaspoon olive oil2 cloves garlic, diced½ cup cherry tomatoes2 cups baby spinachsalt & pepper to taste
Instructions1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package directions (about 8 minutes). Drain pasta in a colander, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water when draining.2. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt.3. Stir in Hanes Hummus. Add pasta water in increments of 1/3 cup until it reaches your ideal consistency. Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes.4. Add linguine and mix to coat the linguine in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.Serve and enjoy!
