Hanes Hummus and Tahini Egg Salad Sandwich
½ cup Hanes Hummus
4 large eggs
2-3 tablespoons tahini (optional)
3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
1. Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and turn the heat off. Let the eggs cook, covered, for 9 to 12 minutes, depending on your desired done-ness. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and chill for 10 minutes.
2. Peel and chop the eggs, and place in a bowl. Mix in the Hanes Hummus, tahini, onions, chives, and sprouts.
3. Spread on bread.
